The restaurant opened in 2022 and is set deep within Notting Hill, it's an intimate restaurant that celebrates seasonal produce, skillful techniques and elegant cooking, that perfectly balances local bistro with fine dining ingredients. The menu draws inspiration from all over the world, and not one specific cuisine. Dorian earnt their first Michelin star in 2024.
