With its open layout and convivial atmosphere, the restaurant evokes the warmth of a lively family gathering, inspired by the easy generosity of Mediterranean culture. Under the direction of Chef Kostas Papathanasiou, the menu follows the rhythm of the seasons, guided by responsibly sourced produce, fire-led cooking and a philosophy rooted in clarity, restraint and precision. Mediterranean in spirit yet modern in expression, the food remains authentic, adaptable and grounded in integrity. The wine programme, curated by award-winning Head of Wine Christina Gladilina, mirrors this ethos with a progressive, thoughtfully balanced list focused on handcrafted, family-owned producers. Front of House is led by General Manager Glen Harris, whose international experience ensures seamless service and operational excellence, while Bar Manager Daniil Sidorenko delivers refined, innovative cocktails crafted with consistency and sustainability in mind.
