From September 17, 2025, The Maybourne Bar at The Maybourne Beverly Hills will become the epicentre of a rare culinary collaboration, as globally acclaimed N25 Caviar brings its renowned artistry of caviar ageing and refinement to this iconic location for the very first time, creating the city’s first dedicated caviar bar experience. Executive Chef Damon Gordon, with over 20 years of experience from Michelin-starred kitchens and luxury hotels worldwide, will unveil a month-long N25 caviar tasting menu unlike any other in Los Angeles.
