N25 Caviar Unveils Exclusive Limited-Edition Collaborations with Three-Michelin-Star Chefs Björn Frantzén and Jan Hartwig

N25 Caviar reveals its latest ambassador editions: two exceptional caviars crafted in collaboration with internationally acclaimed chefs Björn Frantzén (Frantzén Group, Stockholm) and Jan Hartwig (JAN, Munich).

Limited to just fifty exclusive releases per chef, this latest partnership marks N25’s evolving curation of bespoke caviars, created with exceptional global chefs who redefine modern gastronomy through precision and emotion.

Aged to exact specifications and fully traceable from fish to tin, each edition celebrates the intersection where craftsmanship and culinary integrity blend with delicate texture, rich umami, and remarkable balance. Available in 50g and 125g tins, these two distinct expressions exemplify each chefs’ personal vision and artistry and N25’s uncompromising pursuit of perfection.

“At N25, we see our work as a dialogue between nature, time, and human touch,” says Hermes Gehnen, CEO and founder of N25 Caviar. “Working hand in hand with Jan and Björn allows us to push the boundaries of what caviar can express; aside from flavour, there is true intention and a story behind the method.”

Exclusive to the N25 website in the UK and EU from November 30th, each tin is presented in an elegant N25 gift box accompanied by two mother-of-pearl caviar spoons, tin openers, a brand booklet, and a hand-signed project card.

Prices start from €200 / £175. Images of the launch here.

About N25 Caviar

Driven by precision and attention to detail, N25 Caviar pushes the boundaries of excellence in gastronomy. Through innovative aging techniques and skilled craftsmanship, N25 offers a variety of caviar with refined flavour profiles that reflect their dedication to the perfect culinary experience.

Leveraging the unique terroir of high-altitude mountains, natural mountain water, optimal climate, and the innovation offered at our aquacultural facilities in China, this is the foundation of N25, which allows us to strive for perfection and continuously set the highest standards for quality control.

Through a unique ageing process in Munich, N25 curates a range of caviar varieties defined by complex, umami flavour profiles that have a refined subtlety. The resulting caviar undergoes rigorous visual and sensory quality control at the hands of the brand's caviar masters, who adhere to the strictest selecting criteria, with only 10% of the harvest earning the prestigious N25 label.
