Chef Chet and Chef Mitsu first collaborated in summer 2025, when Chet was invited to take part in l'abeille’s ongoing Chef in Residence series. Finding a natural creative alignment through their shared precision and respect for ingredients, Chet has greatly looked forward to Mitsu taking part in his BiBi & Friends series in London ever since. The upcoming dinner marks the chef’s second time cooking together, and Mitsu’s first time cooking in London.
